Favorite sports teams

I'm not sure if anyone has ever done this thread, so I'll chime in.

My favorite sports team is the Indiana Pacers. My second favorite would be my Western Conference team, the Utah Jazz.

My overall favorite sports team is the New York Mets. I also like the Yankees because they're just an overall great team.

In basketball the teams that I really like are the NJ Nets, LA Lakers, and Toronto Raptors

My #1 is the Chicago Cubs. I grew up watching every game on TV all summer. (except the games on the west coast)

#1a is the Denver Broncos. I became a fan when I moved there, and they traded for Elway.

#1b&c is the Fighting Illini of Illinois, men's football/basketball. I'm an alumnus.

I'm actually a rabid fan of all of the above, so it was hard to rank them.

3. The NBA team Jason Kidd is on at the time. (Somewhat disloyal, but his game is everything I love about basketball, and hey, my sister lives in Jersey.)

2. San Diego Chargers (thought the lightening bolt helmets were cool as a kid and stuck with them)

1. All Iowa State teams.

Holy crap what a bunch of ****ing losers they are. If not for drunken frat boys buying season tickets and Wriggle Field (the only reason to go to a Cubs game besides watching the Cubs lose to a real team) the Cubs would be a minor league team.
