Photoshop,Graphic Converter,Applescript

There is a Photoshop plugin called PhotoScripter that makes Photoshop extensively scriptable,unfortunately it costs $300.Does anyone know of a less expensive plugin for either Photoshop or Graphic Converter?Any info would be appreciated.

Graphic Converter has comprehensive - if quirky - AppleScript support right out of the box.

I'm not at my Mac right now, but GC is AppleScriptable. You should be able to see what commands are scriptable by opening the Script Editor, selecting File : Open Dictionary, and selecting GraphicConvertor from the list of apps.

Thanks for the advice,I'll check out Graphic Converter.Unfortunately I don't have the full version of Photoshop,so I can't use the actions.
