Another iBook Memory Question

hi. i'm about to purchase a 512mb module for an ibook 700mhz. i've noticed that samsung offer's a 'low power consumption' memory module. is this legit? i mean, will battery life really be noticeabley longer with it?

just curious, so what kind of power (milliamps?) does a 'regular' module draw from the batter if this one is low power?

Samsung's a reputable company, so I'm sure it's legit. I doubt it'll make a huge difference on battery life though. The biggest drains on your battery are: screen, optical drive, hard drive, processor. So a low power memory chip won't have a huge impact. However, with an extra 512MB of RAM, your hard drive should be accessed less often, and this will definitely have an impact on your battery life.
