What's Wrong With This Picture?

Sometimes the Finder icon has the wedge and sometimes it doesn't. It's not supposed to have the wedge.

This photo is in the print ad and is missing something (not the keyboard, mouse or pro speakers)!

it's optional. disks don't have to appear on the desktop. mine don't.

I can't see the mouse pointer anywhere on the screen, but it means nothing as the image on the screen will be a mock up anyway (you would have too many issues with lighting etc. to use the real display image).

the tray is evident in the print ad, you just can't see it here b/c of the compression.

Whatever it is is missing from every similar image on the Apple webpages too....and would probably just be the power cable...

Hmm... I can see the CD-ROM tray very clearly there.

I think the OSX desktop is a mock-up. If you look at the original press photo, the Dock looks fake.

I would say the "iMac" on the moniter..But you can still vaguely see it..Or the Hard Drive on the desktop..but that doesn't necessarily have to be there.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack! On further contemplation I would say that there are several things missing.... the cursor, the hard disk icon (although you can have a desktop without it I suppose) and the others as mentioned. Nothing earth-shaking I'd say.

Hey, there's something else missing! I just noticed that the Finder icon in the Dock does not have the little wedge or arrow tip under it..

Now if my new iMac would just show up I'd stop bothering everybody! :rolleyes:
