Anyone have an unwanted remote from the new iPods?

I just bought a new 10 GB iPod and I'm thinking I want a remote for it. But $40 seems really steep. Does anyone have a new 15 or 30 GB iPod who would be willing to sell me their remote?

you shoulda just bit the bullet and gotten the 15... remote, dock, and case all included ($120 value) :\

No, that would have been a bad choice. I didn't want the case at all (it's flimsy from what I've heard), I wouldn't use the dock, and I don't need the extra 5 GB. I mean, I only have 6 GB of songs, and I already have a portable external Firewire drive for storing my data. Besides, I would be spending too large a portion of my money if I had gotten a 15 GB. I don't think it's worth $100 more.

Anyway, I'm not even sure if I'll want a remote yet, but it seems like a convenient way to simplify controlling it while it's in my pocket.

I'm not sure if I want my remote, I can't figure out how to use it effectively yet. I'll let you know if I decide to toss it.
