free dynamic dns ?

Does anyone know of any good free dynamic DNS services and a client suitable for Apache on OSX ?

I really only need it for a couple of days so I don't want to pay monthly.

http://dyndns.org/ you dont get to pick a full domain, u get a subdomain, like xyz.dyndns.org, instead of xyz.org. its phre, and there are programs avail for mac/pc/*nix that tell dyndns your ip automatically.
