I had a quick trip to Boston and it is truly an "American" city. The history of Boston is so very rich as it relates to American History. It was so interesting to take a tour of the city and see the history come to life as you learn of what took place and where.
The new is also very interesting in Boston such as the Big Dig

I bought this book (http://www.civilbookstore.com/index/image/0316605980.html) over the big dig.
In the following pictures I am in front of the Old State House

The Declaration of Independence was read off that balcony July 18, 1776 as you can see an old oil painting of the building from This Link (http://www.masshist.org/cabinet/july2002/july2002.htm)
I had a great time and had some of the BEST Italian food EVER from this place in the "north end"

All in all a great trip and I must return! I need to spend a week to see more of the area. I saw MIT in Cambridge but failed to make it to Harvard. I saw the USS Constitution in Charlestown and that was really special! I will be back to the Boston area as I had a wonderful time!
Please feel free to visit my two Boston Photo sets:
Boston Pictures (http://homepage.mac.com/fellowship/PhotoAlbum35.html)
and
Boston Pictures 2 (http://homepage.mac.com/fellowship/PhotoAlbum39.html)
And BTW for those in the Boston area the granite curbing is really cool and it seems you can find Dunkin Donuts on just about any corner in your city ;) I have never seen so many locations of one franchise as I saw of Dunkin Donuts in Boston.
That is my report for now :)
God Bless,
Fellowship
