Custom titles (i.e. Wankel Wanker) again [Archive]

It's been a while since this issue first cropped up... any chance it's been fixed so users can set their own custom titles, or do you still have to PM Jonathan? I kind of wanted to change mine but I'm afraid that it'll get set to nothing again.

this thread would seem to qualify, and subsequent posts might serve to minimize PM loads

what's the character limit in the custom title field before wrap?

In light of the recent lawsuit against Al Franken, Al has claimed that he trademarked the word "funny" a few months ago and therefore is considering a countersuit against Fox News for using "unfunny" to describe him.

So... change my title to Funny (with a (tm) symbol, as I'm on a PC that can't display that).

Custom Titles are only for long-time members with 1000 or more posts. That's been the policy since day one.
