xvid prob

Hey all, I am having a prob with a xvid file, vlc and mplayer cant sync the sound, have tried 3ivx v4.5 in qt same result.. tried doctoring it but it still comes out wrong, the sound is about 2 seconds fast..

Any suggestions? thx
