What's it all about?
Is it mostly for use in iMovie? Are there "songs" or is it just sountrack music? Vocals?
I would copy a few tracks but I'm on dial up at the moment.
Is there anything there worthe listening to?
Cheers.

no vocals, it's all canned music for use as intros or bacground music for iMovie etc.

I've used FreePlay music for all sorts of stuff. My favorite albums have to be the Acid Jazzes, Lounges, and Solo Instruments. Some of the others are kind of campy, but have their place.
If you want to download a lot of them to try out, you could always download them over a series of nights while you're sleeping. Of course, you'd have to have unlimited dialup minutes for that. :\
Good luck with whatever you try.

to get an impression of each title, it is enough to download the shortest version of each track (10sec).
most music is… well as mentioned "canned" music, some solo and some world titles are nice.
try to find an apple store nearby and use their bandwidth ;)

I just used it for a commercial, but I had to pay 250$ for it. what I like about it, is its their entire library you can search through, and if you like it then you can easily buy the rights
Oh... and its NOT royalty free music, it is rights managed. Basically they just let it be free for non-commercial use, and such thats only because they pay BMI EMG stuff.
