The option "Using DHCP" is not listed under options for TCP/IP. I'm kind of new to mac's, does anyone have any suggestions? (Using OS X 10.2.3)

Yeah,
1.) why haven't you upgraded?
2.) Are we takinging ethernet, airport or dialup ?
3.) You are in the network pref pane ?
4.) you have selected the tcp/ip tab

PS. Asking specific questions normally gets specific answers. Vague questions normally get responded with silly answers.... :D

Are you sure it's 10.2.3, not 10.3.2?

The first thing to try is to go to the Apple menu, choose "Location" and then pick "Automatic". That should enable the DHCP client.
