This may be the entirely wrong forum to post this hint in so move it if so.
I kept getting an error after creating a movie in iMovie then clicking on create iDVD project. I would always get the error saying that could not send imovie to iDVD. check to make sure iDVD is installed.
It was.
Anyway, I could open iDVD and add the imovie project manually and it would work fine. I created a new project the following day and it worked perfectly. I tried again with the previous project and got the same error. I did remember having a problem when I tried to shorten a sound clip when working on the previous project. The thing that fixed my problem was simply emptying the trash in the particular imovie project. Then I tried exporting to iDVD again. It worked this time. Maybe some of you have ran into this problem before and fixed it this way, but this was a first for me.
