Tony Blair admits evidence about WMD was wrong, but insists he was right to remove Saddam Hussein.
CBS article here (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/3692996.stm)
At least Blair is more clever politician than Bush. By admitting an evidence :there was no WOMD in Iraq, and by saying he did not regret to have removed Saddam, in order to make the world a better place (is it really ? ), he choose a better line of defense than Bush adminastration.
I wonder if after this declaration, there will be still people here for claiming that there was WOMD in Iraq ?

No, you just expect the mods to take care of duplicate threads, not contribute to the problem. Oh well!
If you think that thread is redundant, why didn't you participate in the other thread ?
Generally you are more vocal about this subject. :p

How long before he admits the government probably knew that Iraq couldn't launch Chemical Weapons at us in 45 minutes?

He will admit it, when all the evidences will demonstrate that the governement was perfectly aware of it.
If he admited that there is no WOMD, it's because he knows that he would appear ridiculous to claim otherwise : he stepped back to a better line of defense like any good politician.

When is the UK due for elections? It is amazing that Blair's party still doesn't have the guts to kick him out.

It's amazing that even with all levels of both governments stating that they were wrong on the WMD, some citizens are still so scared to admit they screwed up by buying the WMD story in the first place that they keep arguing about.

Somewhen around May 5th 2005. Blair was on TV tonight, He just admitted that he will be running for "the Position" and intends to stay in Power for the whole term. Till 2009.
Which has me thinking, perhaps he knows Georgie will win the (rigged?) election, and he intends to stay alongside while George rules the world.
Did you also know the Mayan Calender ends in 2012?
