Have Powerlogix gone out of business?

They're not answering their emails or phone and the order status system is broken. Anyone heard from them?

I've been a bit leery with them lately, as well. I did get an email from them about 2 weeks ago. Supposedly my RMA'd part is in the pipeline to be evaluated, however the status of this RMA has not changed or been updated since then. :\ This kinda sucks if it is true. I'll be out $250, if no service is forthcoming.

It seems that there is a lawsuit that is pending filed by PL against GigaDesign and perhaps that has taken all their effort away from day to day business. I checked to see if there were new GD upgrades but that has been halted. I just found out about the lawsuit from Cubeowner.com messageboards.

It appears that GD had stolen source code from PL among other things. GD has not submitted their response yet. I'm waiting for the development of the story.
