Turned Off mac help accident... how do i turn it on?

Hey all,
im on OSX 10.3.5 and i've accidentally turned off Mac Help in my user account. I've checked my mum and siter's accounts and it works in them, but in mine it will open, the window loads, then it just quits...

any help?

i installed OS 10.3.8 and the problem was solved, but thanks anyway
