A RICO "Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act" lawsuit has been filed against some in the government regarding events surrounding 9/11.
The links below both explian and go into the information surrounding this case.

This story is not heavily reported within the American media. I thought it was interesting however.

There is now such a large, and ever expanding pool of proven and reliable information which counters the official conspiracy theory version that at some point in the fairly near future a "tipping point" will happen. That being, when a large enough section of the general U.S. population become(s) skeptical enough that the mainstream media (which to date have closed ranks with the Bush Administration), starts to take notice and start demanding answers to a large number of highly controversial questions and facts about 9-11 that do not gel with the official version (and worse). C-Span was first off the block, albeit in a small way, a few weeks ago (brave move!) by broadcasting a speech by 9-11 researcher and theology professor Dr. David Ray Griffin at Madison University. His presentation was devastating, a slam dunk if there ever was one. It's available now all over the web.
America has on occasions been likened to a sleeping giant. When and if this critical tipping point is reached, and the "giant awakes" all hell could break loose. Which at this point in time would be most welcome version of "all hell breaking loose" that I can imagine.
To see Cheney and company behind bars for the rest of his natural life for his part in the murder of 3000 people would be a sight for sore eyes.
