iCal 2.0 differences

I'm currently using Panther and iCal v.1.55(v670). When I try to set up a recurring event, I am very limited in options as compared to other calendaring apps such as ms entourage or the dreaded palm desktop. Ex: I cannot stop a recurring event.

What I'd like to know is is whether or not iCal in Tiger fixes this lack of features or adresses them in any way.

You can separate a reoccurring event from the others thereby allowing you to change it, delete it, etc. Also, I am not positive but I believe you can stop a reoccurring event just be setting it for x weeks, (or years or months or w/e)
