Microsoft has just opened 5000 slots for beta testing of it's new web-development software which will run native on MS's Vista Operating system.

It actually looks like a really promising package. It also looks like they're finally onto the whole "Web Standards" thing..
Again though, 3 boxes? They could bundle the whole thing in one package I imagine.. Maybe in time.
Anyway check it out.
You get a little preview of the user experience and GUI of Vista in the videos too, and it looks pretty slick.
