Canon scanner drivers for OSX (native)

Canon have released OSX native drivers for the following scanner models...

N670U Mac OSX v10.1.3 or later
N676U Mac OSX v10.1.3 or later
N1240U Mac OSX v10.1.3 or later

Driver = ScanGear CS Ver 6.5.0.OX

I downloaded these for my 1240U, but I still can't get Photoshop 7 to see the scanner through TWAIN even though it has been installed in the PlugIn folder, anyone got any ideas?
(PS7, Canon 1240U, OS 10.1.5)
