The eyes were probably dilated via photoshop. Dilated eyes are a sign that somebody is in love with you, so pictures are often modified to have dilated eyes.

I think that she is hot in both pics, which makes me a would-be pedophile I guess (she is 15 in the switch ad).

Dilated eyes mean you're in love. Pupils that all but obscure your irises point to horse tranquilizers.

My guess is that in the scene that shot was taken from she holds that exact expression for about 45 minutes, then topples over backwards.
