Love him or hate him, Alex Jones has for sure been raising a stink in recent months. This interview with former Sgt. Lauro Chavez from CentCom, details the events of the morning of 9/11, first hand, that Chavez witnessed from the bunker where he was stationed. Significantly, Sgt. Chavez was so close to Gen. Tommy Franks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Franks) (former CentCom commander in chief) that he was entrusted with maintaining all of the General's computers, both work and domestic. Chavez maintains that 9/11 was an inside job and Cheney authorized the NORAD stand down. Chavez has now gone fully public with this.

Thoughts and ruminations?

I don't think it likely that the "Lieutenant Colonel" will be IDed. And even if he were it would be a death sentence.

What are the talking about with Jeb though? That's new information to me.

Gov. Jeb Bush of Florida declared martial law (http://www.myflorida.com/eog_new/eog/orders/2001/september/eo2001-261-09-07-01.html) in that state on 7 September, 2001. Executive order #2001-261

That doesn't really read like martial law. I don't see anything in there that suspends habius corpus or due process. But I'm no legal expert. Is there some other supporting documentation?

But it does look odd and the timing is suspect.
