Safari Launches Automatically on Startup

Everytime I start up an iBook G4 that I own it automatically launches Safari. I have looked in Prefs and haven't found anything that looks like it controls that. I've also looked in folder named "startup items" and didn't see anything that looked related.

I've also re-installed Safari and that doesn't do it either. Any suggestions?

Ctrl+Click the Safari icon on the dock and see if "Start at Login" is checked.
