I read about LaunchBar in a blog and decided to give it a try, and... my GOD! It is ASTOUNDING! <img src="graemlins/surprised.gif" border="0" alt="[Surprised]" />
I only wished it would work together with
1. iTunes playlists (so you have a "german rock" playlist, and type <cmd-space> and then "germ..." and iTunes will switch to that playlist)
2. the Chimera history (cuz I'm too lazy to add all the important stuff to bookmarks) so I can type "forums.app" and it will go to this board
3. my fridge! So I can type "margari" and then "chees" and it'll pick up margarine and cheese up for me ( )
There are only two things I don't like about it:
1. it doesn't belong into the dock. Yes I know, there's a section in the help on how to remove the dock icon, but I don't like the noted issues with that.
2. I don't like the way it hacks itself to the right of the system menus.
