Little black dots on my MBP screen?

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help...
I have been noticing little back dots all over my MBP screen. At first I just thought my screen was dirty but then noticed that there were more of them. I also have what looks like a big water spot in my screen. Anybody know what this is and what I should do so it is covered under warranty?

I've got the same starter-measles on my brand-new but used Powerbook. I'm FREAKED!!!!

How do I determine which one it is?
