Found this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFwEcmn26zI&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fgizmodo%2Ecom%2Fgadgets%2Fportab le%2Dmedia%2Fexclusive%2Dvideo%2Dleaked%2Dipod%2Df irmware%2Dcoming%2Denables%2Dcover%2Dflow%2D239726 %2Ephp) on Digg. The story goes that Apple is readying a firmware upgrade to enable Coverflow on iPod. Does this look fake to anyone? Looks like it might be kind of fun. I would think that the 5 and 5.5 gen iPods would have the horsepower to run this without too much trouble.

Could be real, something needs to tie users over until the 6G iPod comes out :D

I say fake. Takes too many rotations to move thru the covers. Bet they created a series of still pictures that they could then just "flip" back and forth, like a flipbook.

A couple of the youtube responses also claim fake, suggesting that it is a screen capture video playing back on the ipod. I guess that it wouldn't surprise me if this turned out to be the case. Was Engadget or Gizmodo the original source as some of the posts on YouTube suggest?
