Cmd +, or View > Make Text Bigger, in Safari. Universal Access you can zoom whole screen, once on Cmd Opt +, Best zoom I've seen is in Filemaker Pro 8.5 you can zoom from 25% to 400%
i was looking for way to have larger view without typing a new command every time. bigger text (command +) works but i want it to be a default setting. anyone ???????

Safari/Preferences/Advanced
Click to select checkbox "Universal Access", select the minimum font size that you want.
Cheers. :)
