Every time I plug my iPod Nano 4GB into my PC, the iPod crashes and will not restart with holding down the circle and menu button. I went to the apple store and had a tech look at it, after a minute he said let me try one last thing then it was fixed. Not thinking I forgot to ask what he did, any one have any ideas?
