PDF Text editors

Does anyone know of any pdf text editors that allow editing of the text in pdf documnets, other than Adobe Acrobat.

I think maybe OmniPage, and I know Canvas will basically "explode" a .pdf for editing. But that's all I know.

Adobe Illustrator works too. I know it's probably not what you're looking for, but I thought it worth mentioning.

It would have been pretty cool if Apple had TextEdit use pdf files instead of rtf. Escpecially since pdf is a major part of the quartz renderer.
