VNC: Unknown error 242

I can't get the Mac OS X built in VNC server to work. I click the allow remote desktop connection thing, and I click allow VNC viewers to control computer, etc, but when I try to login with RealVNC from Windows I get an unknown error 242.

Any ideas?

VineServer works fine, but I figure if I get the built in VNC server working that's one less program I need to worry about.
