Wow. Guess that's what you get being a chair on the Apple board. Quick. How many solar panels does it take to power 4 30 inch LCDs? :smokey:

First, I only see three, and Gore is saving the planet by using 3 LCD's which use less energy than the previous three 19 inch monitors he was using. So that is megabonus points.

Meanwhile, I'm just thankful for the way the desk looks because that is about how mine looks.

So I guess that means you all have to accept me as the next leader of the free world.

Wonders.... if the 2000 election had had a different outcome, would Al Gore's Oval Office table look similar?

Bill Gates' office is remarkably similar to Al Gore's only in 3 LCD monitors. Not a single sheet of paper...anywhere (http://money.cnn.com/2006/03/30/news/newsmakers/gates_howiwork_fortune/).

This is interesting. I tend to believe that Microsoft Office is the #1 tree killer software (as far as printing and formatting is concerned).

I'll be posting some other famous offices...how about you?

By the way, the shiny frog is Al Gore. The humanoid that delivers the message is just an audio-animatronic puppet (duh).

Whoever took that picture is a dead man.

Typical, this is Ronald Reagan's office in 1991. I guess he needed that over-sized paperweight of himself to remind him of himself...

All the top Microsoft executives get these offices.

When MS decides it's time for a management shakeup, a simple press of a button activates a huge piston at the other end of the room that shoves him and his desk straight out that window and into a dumpster below.

I know you're just poking fun, but I recall Clinton sending exactly two (2) e-mails while in office. The point is I think the President doesn't do much in terms of computer communication. I've seen him (G dub) using a Mac actually...there is a photo of him using a Pismo on eleciton night 2000.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A tragic fire on Monday destroyed the personal library of President George W. Bush. Both of his books have been lost.

Presidential spokesman Tony Snow said the president was devastated, as he had not finished coloring the second one.

This is interesting (http://www.flickr.com/photos/thane/410469047/). Steve Jobs was spotted at his kid's soccer game with an iPhone prototype a few months back...

2 much paper. Need to dispose that LJ (?4200 or 4300 series?) under the table, and the "multifunctional" box by the window.

Stop printing DUDE, and go get your f/n presidency back!!!

BTW, Apple's Jobs urges Gore to run for President. (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/05/23/jobs_wants_gore_for_president/) :smokey:

...Oh, yeah ... I am sorry about the library...
