New to Mac and having trouble installing shockwave to run programs from local library. The directions from library say to go to applications folder and control-click browser application. Can't find browser application. Help!

Your browser application is Safari. It is that blue compass icon in the Dock at the bottom of your Mac's screen.

Fixed my problem. Thanks. I guess I expected to see the actual word browser. duh!:)
