New Cinema Displays?

Several sites are stating that the 23" Cinema Display will become a 24 incher after the new IMacs are announced....this week???

Apple has not updated its' external displays for some time now. Any chance of display updates soon? I am in need of a 24" external display to mate with my new Macbook Pro.

Apple tend to update the panel without making a big song and dance about it. So whilst the design hasn't changed (I can't remember which came first – the Cinema Display or the iMac) the displays themselves have all been updated since their launch.

So whilst the design hasn't changed (I can't remember which came first – the Cinema Display or the iMac) the displays themselves have all been updated since their launch.I thought that I read somewhere that the 23 inch was being upgraded to 24 inch to fall in line with the competing Dell monitor based upon the identical lcd.
