Since the last few months, I'm unable to mount any CD (music, old backups, etc), on my dual G5. After upgraded 10.4.9 -> 10.4.11 yesterday, I still have the same issue.
The drive is an SONY DVD RW DW-Q28A. I can mount, use and burn any DVD, but the CDs aren't recognized anymore. When I insert any kind of CD, the Mac is trying to mount it (I can hear some noise in the drive), then the Mac simply eject the CD without any warning. :grumble:
What should I do ? Please help ! :(
