New Ipod Nano and Itunes

Can someone please help me???? I have been using Ipod mini (which my son is now using) I purchased that New Ipod nano yesterday and itunes will not let me get past the licensing portion. The only options are save and cancel. I saved it to my ipod and to my computer and it still does not let me move on to sync it!! I am frusterated. Any ideas???
