Safari crashed with 10.4.11 update

I just updated my Powerbook G4 to 10.4.11 and now Safari crashes on launch every time. I don't even get a window to open, it just immediately crashes. I have restarted multiple times and deleted com.apple.safari.plist (since i was having trouble with flash prior to upgrading), and it still crashes immediately. I'm currently using Firefox with no issues, but prefer Safari.
