Shocked to hear of your medical issue. From one cancer survivor to a future cancer survivor, I offer you this advice:
FIGHT!
Fight the sonofabitch with everything that you've got. Do what your doctors tell you. Have your staff look up 'left field' cancer treatments and pursue them.
YOU MUST NOT GIVE UP! ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING IN THE WAR THAT HAS FALLEN UPON YOU!
