iPhone 2.0 has ScreenShot Capability

Here's How you do it...

Push and hold the menu button and then tap the screen lock button once. The whole screen will flash and there will be an image waiting to upload when you dock your iphone.

I'm pretty sure this was not in the older iPhone software.
