With the new macbooks out, they added the new trackpad. I love it!

What do you think about apple making a new keyboard with the track pad built off to the side of it and just thow away the not so mighty mouse?

This would be awesome if they do indeed come out with a new mini and use it as a media player. The new bluetooth thin keyboard already knocked off the trackpad, why not replace it with the new trackpad.

I don't really like trackpads for movement as I find it harder than physically moving a mouse. I would like it if they put the trackpad where the button was on this old Apple mouse:

Apple get their one-button back, desktop users get gesture controls. You'd do pretty much all the gestures using the two fingers that rest on the mouse.

I agree that a trackpad would be better on the wireless keyboard though.
