Email Autocomplete

I was wondering if anyone knew how to delete non-contact emails that show up in the "To" spot when I type an email. I responded to one email from someone and now it seems that I am stuck having their email address as a suggested email when I start to type the letter k. I have heard that restoring the phone may remove it, but I don't want to go through that hassle. Any suggestions? If removing unwanted email addresses isn't possible, I wonder why Apple hasn't addressed it. You can remove them in mail.app.
