Zune HD interface and media playback demoed on video

Saw this video over at Engadget which goes through the Zune's interface. The OLED screen looks pretty snazzy. I've already got an iPhone 3G S, so I'm not in the market for another media player, but I'll definitely be looking to get one of these for my wife... that is unless Apple manages to do something better than just releasing another warmed over iPod touch refresh:

    When demoing the video, the girl said "OMG, it looks like watching in on a....."
