Drag-and-Drop functionality from browser to dock has been removed in Snow Leopard

Maybe this has already been said here but I am really wondering what the deal is with this problem. For years I was able to drag an image directly from Safari to the dock icon of Photoshop to open up images. Since "upgrading" to Snow Leopard this ability has disappeared. Sure, there are many other ways to do this, but they're not as fast, and it's really quite inconvenient when the functionality used to be there.



So far I don't believe Apple has responded to this subject, does anyone know anything about this?
