Weak connection with my wifi.

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I researched this across the Internet and it seems to be a problem with all the models of ipod touch, I have the latest version with the latest firmware 3.01 and it connects and disconnects with my wifi all the time, the surfing experience ***** absolutely ***** not what you would expect from a apple product. Sitting in my room my $500 laptop gets awesome connection but this $300 PMP can't muster anything, is there anything I can do?
