Black Friday at Amazon: GPS units, cameras, printers, Blu-ray

In addition to its Mac and iPod price drops, Apple authorized reseller Amazon.com is holding Black Friday deals that offer more 50% off most GPS units, 40% off Canon printers and certain digital cameras, 50 and 60% off Flash memory cards, and 20 to 48% off some Blu-ray players.

    why does one have 1080 p ???i thought they all had 1080p?

    Besides, HF200 is a pretty nice camcorder. Especially for the price. I'm sure a lot of the other items have valid uses too.

    I haven't heard of any players that can't do 1080p. All those players are 1080p, the ones you saw in that list had 1080p in the item name at Amazon, the ones that didn't, wasn't.



    Also, it's best to not do a wholesale quote when it's right above your own post. Clipping down to what you need to highlight also helps drive a point too.

    I don't know what's going on Jan 16 with regard to these products. With some of those discounts on those kind of products, would it really matter if the next model comes out next month? It's not like a 2009 GPS is going to be 2x as good as a 2008 GPS.
