AT&T won?t sell iPhones to New Yorkers online due to a lack of towers?

If they limited all their iPhone sales to heavily congested areas while they get their netowrk issues worked out I?d respect that, but it appears you can still enter an Apple or AT&T store and get an iPhone, so this execution seems quite peculiar.

This has to be a mistake. I think Apple would declare their exclusivity agreement null at the moment AT&T did something like that. I would also think that Apple would sue the life out of AT&T. I won't believe it until I hear it from someone who heard it on twitter.
