Nike commercial from the Opening Ceremonies

I dug that commercial so much, I saved it to my computer.

Why two? Well, I encoded with VP3 first, but then realized VP3 is a processor hog...so I did one in Sorenson 3, which is about 1/4 less processor intensive.

90 sec

~10 MB

352x264

29.97 FPS

...basically...AdCritic-esque settings, though I'm sure they probably had more to work with than Sorenson 3 (Basic,) iMovie and an old VHS deck.

The Nike ad was great. I just stopped and stared at the TV when it came on. I wasn't sure what it was for until the dancing basketball guy, but it was still very moving and enjoyable.

I still like Adidas' better, though. More comfortable.

I haven't owned a single pair of Nikes since 1997, when the rad Zoom Air Agassis were out. I wear Asics for running/walking. I wear Wilson or Adidas for tennis. And I were Sidi for biking.

Isn't New Balance the only "Made in the USA" sneaker company? Doesnt like every other manufacturer use like slave labor in the philippines or something?
