Can i exchange my macbook pro for a new one?

New year went on holiday to Macau(Gamble~!)

31/Dec 2009 bought a Macbook pro

After my holiday i went back to Sydney and found out that there will be a new Macbook pro coming out on the 27 of Jan. Can i exchange my Macbook pro for a new one in the Apple shop in Sydney?

    No, because Apple Sydney/Oz wouldn't make a buck, but only lose on that deal.
