If Apple and MS dedicated 30 billion to cancer research, would progress be made?
Lay aside the differences of Apple and Microsoft. Let's say that they some how came to an agreement and dedicated a combined 30 billion dollars to cancer research. We can even assume a very particular type if we need too. I am obviously assuming they are teaming up with the medical community on this and in an organized fashion.
