Canada to charge Tariffs on Storage??

Before you guys become the laughing stock of the World please do something about this! It's bad enough that Canadians are taxed/raped on most items but this is beyond comprehension. These Tariffs would make things prohibitively expensive even for these very same Musicians who seek to record their own original works. Please tell me this has NO chance of approval!
