I'm surprised there hasn't been more response on this forum to this because one thing Apple does NOT want to get into is a fight with European Commission antitrust authorities (look at how the EC antitrust authorities hassled Microsoft for years over web browser choice in Windows--they forced Microsoft to offer the "browser ballot" screen in European release versions of Windows 7).
As such, I hope Jobs comes to his senses and finds common ground with Adobe Systems for a settlement, because I don't know how well Apple deals with the EC over antitrust issues.
