3rd Gen ipod Nano won't charge
Hi guys, Apple newbie here. Got a 3rd gen ipod nano that won't charge. When it's connected to any charger or computer it turns on then restarts immediately and repeats. This goes on forever and instead of charging, the large chip closest to the plug just gets very hot.
I've managed to get the back plate off and can't see any obvious damage, tried searching this forum and many other places and can't for the life of me find anything of help - Burn me at the stake if i'm just being blind. Does anyone have any suggestions or had a similar problem and found a fix?
